Formula for Break event analysis =
total fixed expenses / (gross per person -
variable expense per person)
For example:
if There is a simple event where the only
costs is for posters that cost a total of $100. There is a price per person because
we give away cigars that cost $10 each. But each person that goes pays $15.
The breakeven point would be 20 people.
20 = 100/(15-10)
20 = 100/5
